This tea comes from one of the ancient cultivated tea trees dating back to the oldest era – China’s Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods (approximately 2,400 years old). These trees have been preserved by ethnic minority groups in Yunnan Province.
This white tea was harvested in March 2023. It undergoes pan-firing without sun withering; after indoor withering, the leaves are shade-dried.
Features: It boasts an outstanding fruity aroma, with a golden tea liquor. Its remarkable sweetness and lingering aftertaste surpass other teas. Another notable trait is that it produces no bitterness even after multiple infusions.

Brewing Instructions
- Preheat your glass teapot or gaiwan with hot water.
- Use 3–4 g of tea leaves for every 100 cc of hot water, at a temperature of roughly 85–90°C.
- Also warm your fairness pitcher and small teacups with hot water.
- Steep for approximately 30 seconds.
- If scum appears, skim it off using the edge of the lid. There is no need to discard the first infusion. The second infusion requires a shorter steeping time as the leaves have unfurled. Flavour will weaken with repeated infusions, so extend the steeping time accordingly.
- Pour the brewed tea into a fairness pitcher first to balance the flavour, then serve into individual teacups. Once fully poured, leave the teapot lid open to prevent the leaves from over-steeping.
